Hosted by your ever-welcoming hosts, Scott and Alistair, and featuring the exceptional talents of renowned local chef Janey Syrett from Feast Kitchen, this is a culinary evening not to be missed.

Join us at Brightham House in Malborough for a vibrant Asian-inspired journey that brings the bold, fragrant flavours of Sri Lanka to life.

Earlier this year, Scott and Alistair travelled through the heart of Sri Lanka, where they immersed themselves in the country’s rich food culture—from lively street food stalls to hands-on cookery classes in jungle kitchens. Inspired by these unforgettable experiences, they’ve teamed up with Janey, who also travelled with them in Sri Lanka, to recreate the dishes, stories, and spirit of their journey together.

Expect a stunning multi-course menu bursting with exotic spices, tropical freshness, and authentic Sri Lankan flair—served in the relaxed and elegant setting of Brightham House.
