This year, Scott and Alistair travelled through the heart of Thailand, where they immersed themselves in the country’s rich food culture—from lively street food stalls to hands-on cookery classes in jungle kitchens. Inspired by these unforgettable experiences, they’ve teamed up with Janey, who also travelled with them in Thailand, to recreate the dishes, stories, and spirit of their journey together.
