Fill in your contact and payment details and press continue to review and confirm your purchase. You will then shortly afterwards receive an email confirmation of your purchase with an order number which you will need to quote when making your staycation booking with Brightham House.
How do I book my Salcombe Gin School Staycation?
To book your staycation, please contact Brightham House directly on 01548 560111 and quote your Salcombe Gin order number which can be found on the emailed receipt of your staycation purchase. When calling, please have to hand your preferred dates for your two night stay and your preferred day and time for your Gin School lesson. (Subject to availability).
How long is a Gin School Staycation valid for?
Your Salcombe Gin School Staycation is valid for one year from date of purchase. The staycation must be redeemed within those 12 months. They can be utilised on any available Gin School lesson and accommodation dates Monday to Thursday.
Can I redeem a Salcombe Gin School Staycation on a weekend?.
If Brightham House is able to accommodate your weekend staycation request and there is also availability at Gin School then you may use the staycation at the weekend. However, please note that an additional supplement may apply. This would be payable at the time of booking directly to Brightham House.
Does my Gin School Staycation experience expire?
Yes. The Salcombe Gin School Staycation is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All Gin School Staycations which are not redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date will expire and are non-refundable. It can not be transferred to purchase other Salcombe Gin products or services.
I’ve purchased a ‘Gin School Staycation’ – can I book my accommodation and my Gin School lesson separately?
Both your Gin School lesson and your accommodation must be booked together across the same dates at the time of booking. All bookings are to be made directly with Brightham House by calling Tel: 01548 560111.
What if I need to amend my booking?
If you wish to amend your booking, then please notify Brightham House by calling Tel: 01548 560111 no less than 14 days prior to your booking. Both Brightham House and Salcombe Gin School will do their best to accommodate your amended booking request subject to availability. After that time the booking can not be amended or refunded.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you wish to cancel your booking, then you must notify Brightham House by calling Tel: 01548 560111 no less than 14 days prior to your booking to receive a full refund. After that time the booking is non-refundable.
