Our next stop is a mix of Spanish, Indian & Thai Tapas to take your tastebuds on travels around Spain, Asia and around the World, as Brightham House launch their new latest menu for their Thursday night pop-up tapas nights

The menu has been carefully crafted by the very talented chef Janey Syrett.

We start the night off with sharing platters of antipasti and then round off the night with Scott’s homemade limoncello, with lots of delicious course’s in-between.

Ca’di Ponti Grillo, Sicilia, DOCG 2019/20 . 
   Dry, light with good zesty acidity and a nutty finish. Traditional Sicilian white wine produced from coastal vineyards on the western tip of Sicily. Notes of stone fruit, citrus and ginger. Rounded and floral.
             Produced using 100% Grillo, a grape variety famously used to produce Marsala.
Cantina Di Negrar Corvina, Verona, IGT 2018
              Ruby red with garnet hues. Elegant, Light to medium in body and generous on the palate. Black cherry, supple raspberries, vanilla and delicate spice. 100% Veronese Corvina, grown a few kilometres from Lake Garda, northeast Italy.

Corvina is the queen of Veronese grapes and the primary grape used in the production of Amarone. Cantini Di Negrar is renowned for being the first winery to produce the world-famous Amarone della Valpolicella.
